Homebuyer Seminar 101 is led by John Olivero, a licensed real estate professional with over 30
years of experience guiding buyers and sellers through multiple market cycles.
John’s approach is educational, calm, and consultative. His mission is to help people make
sense of the process, whether they’re ready to move now—or simply planning ahead.
He currently leads The Olivero Team at Keller Williams First in NY Realty.
Additional sessions may be led by other licensed members of the team, using the same
curriculum and educational format.
